Pregnancy Yoga

Karen has been trained in the whYoga ante natal technique and welcomes new mums (and dads!) to join any of the general classes, workshops or retreats.

Antenatal classes run at Southdown Sports Club every Tuesday lunch time (term time) from 11.45 – 1.15.

Modifications will be made throughout the classes and pregnant ladies must work to just 80% maximum of their ability – taking time to fully nurture themselves, relax and enjoy the wonderful experience of pregnancy.  This advice is for both on the mat and off!

Please come to the class from the second trimester onwards and contact Karen beforehand with any questions or queries you may have.
